Privacy Policy — Draft

Draft for professional legal review. Private research intake is open. Professional legal review of this draft remains outstanding. Updated October 14, 2026.

Who operates this project

RateMyInfluencer is owned and operated by Ampifi, Inc. Privacy contact: support@ampifi.io.

Information we collect

The research form asks for a creator’s public handle and platform, approximate collaboration date, collaboration type, ratings and outcomes, agreement and delivery information, communication experience, a firsthand description, and optional redacted supporting evidence. It also asks for brand name and website, contact name, business email, and interest in a future reliability service. Future access updates require a separate optional opt-in.

Do not submit private addresses, phone numbers, personal contact details, identification documents, payment card data, health information, or unnecessary information about third parties. Remove private information from screenshots and documents before submitting. Adults 18 and older only.

How information will be used

We use responses privately to evaluate the proposed platform, understand collaboration experiences and demand, assess data quality, and contact respondents to clarify their submissions. Optional updates will be sent only to respondents who opt in. The research consent does not authorize public publication. There are no public reviews, profiles, or ratings in this phase.

Service providers and access

Our intake provider is Tally, with responses synchronized to a restricted Google Sheet. These providers may process information in countries outside your location under their own service terms. Only authorized personnel with a research need should have access. Supporting evidence URLs must be treated as confidential: a person who obtains an upload link may be able to access the file. We may disclose information where legally required or necessary to protect rights and security. We do not plan to sell research submissions or use them for advertising targeting.

Website technologies and analytics

Hosting providers may process request information such as IP addresses, browser details, and security logs. This website currently uses system fonts and does not activate advertising pixels or third-party analytics. When you choose to load the Tally form, your browser will connect to Tally. Any analytics or tracking introduced later must be disclosed before activation.

Retention

A final retention and deletion schedule remains subject to approval. The proposed schedule is to review identifiable research records within 12 months of submission and delete or de-identify them when no longer necessary, subject to legal obligations. Evidence files should be removed sooner where their purpose is complete. Deletion must cover both Tally and Google Sheets, as well as any authorized exports and backups according to provider capabilities.

Your requests

You can contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of optional communications. Applicable rights and exceptions depend on your location. We must establish an appropriate process for creators mentioned in submissions as well as respondents, without exposing someone else’s private information.

Outstanding legal review

Counsel must confirm applicable privacy law, lawful processing grounds for respondent and creator data, third-party notice duties, international transfers, provider agreements, retention, rights handling, and the final disclosure and consent language. This draft does not assert legal compliance.
